Running For My Life

Scan a mural. Watch the city tell you a survival story. An augmented-reality experience that turns Atlanta itself into the screen.

Running For My Life — augmented reality experience key art over an Atlanta mural
Synopsis

An immersive augmented-reality experience inspired by Ric Mathis's survival journey. The project connects physical movement, public art, digital storytelling, artificial intelligence, and the city of Atlanta.

Viewers move through real locations, point a phone at a mural or landmark, and unlock a layer of the story that only exists there — heartbeat graphics, archival audio, AI-generated sequences, and footage of the run that gave the project its name.
